Tideo Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the Tideo iOS application and its related features (the “App” or “Tideo”). Tideo provides web browsing, media playback, content downloading, offline saving, on-device file management, and private-folder protection. This Policy explains how we handle information in connection with the App.

This Policy does not apply to third-party websites, search engines, media sources, Apple, or other services operated by third parties. When you use those services, review their own privacy policies and terms.

2. Information We Handle

2.1 Information handled on your device

Depending on your actions and settings, Tideo may handle the following on your device:

browsing history, web-page titles, bookmarks, tabs, and app settings;
files you download, import, save, or convert, together with offline pages, thumbnails, and temporary caches;
files and metadata in the Private Vault, and password-derived credentials used to verify access; and
files, photos, or other content that you deliberately select and provide to Tideo.

In the current version, the information above is generally stored on your device. Tideo currently does not require an account and does not provide an enabled Tideo server-side account, cloud-sync, or cloud-backup service. Your local browsing history, bookmarks, and downloaded files are not uploaded to a Tideo server. If we enable these features in the future, we will update this Policy before doing so.

2.2 Network information generated by browsing and downloads

When you visit a web page, use search, open a media resource, or download content, related URLs, network requests, and content are sent to the third-party website, search engine, or content source you choose to access. Tideo may process those URLs and content on your device to provide browsing, resolving, playback, downloading, or format-conversion features. Third-party services may collect IP addresses, device information, cookies, account information, and access records under their own policies. Tideo does not control those practices.

2.3 Information you provide to us

If you contact us by email or another method, we handle the contact details, questions, attachments, and communications you provide to reply, provide support, address complaints, or improve the service.

The current version does not enable a separate Tideo analytics, personalized-advertising, or ad-tracking service. Tideo does not receive the raw data from Face ID, Touch ID, or other biometric systems; the App receives only whether authentication succeeded or failed.

3. Purposes of Use

We handle information to:

provide web browsing, playback, downloading, offline saving, on-device file management, and Private Vault features;
save and apply your settings, bookmarks, browsing history, and file-operation results;
use device-provided password, biometric, and file-protection features;
respond to questions, feedback, complaints, and security issues; and
comply with legal obligations, enforce this Policy and the Terms of Service, and protect the legitimate interests of users, third parties, and Tideo.

4. Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for personalized advertising. Information may be handled or disclosed in the following circumstances:

to third-party websites, search engines, or media sources that you access, to complete a request you initiate;
to Apple, iOS, and related services to provide system functionality, distribute the App, process in-app purchases if enabled in the future, or comply with their service rules;
to service providers engaged by us, if any, only as necessary to provide support, hosting, or security services;
when required by law, court order, or a regulator, or when necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, or harm to people or property; or
in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or transfer of assets, provided that the recipient handles the information under this Policy or a policy providing comparable protection.

5. Retention and Deletion

Local data is generally retained until you delete it, change a setting, uninstall Tideo, or the system clears the relevant cache. You can clear browsing history, delete bookmarks, delete downloads and offline content, and delete Private Vault files in Tideo. Browsing history can be configured to be kept manually, cleared when you exit or leave the App, or cleared after approximately 7 or 30 days; the App also limits the number of history entries it keeps.

Private Vault files and metadata remain until you delete or restore them. If you forget the Private Vault password, you may lose access to those files; Tideo currently has no server-side password-recovery or cloud-backup mechanism. Communications needed to handle a support request are retained only for a reasonably necessary period or as required by law.

6. Security

Tideo stores Private Vault credentials in the iOS Keychain and uses on-device encryption to protect private files and their metadata. You may also choose Face ID or Touch ID for unlocking. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no device, network, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Protect your device, password, and backups, and access content only from trusted sources.

7. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

You may:

view, delete, or clear browsing history, bookmarks, downloads, offline pages, and Private Vault files in the App;
manage permissions, cookies, website data, and system-level privacy settings through your device settings;
where provided by applicable law, request access to, correction or deletion of, restriction of, or a copy of your personal information, object to processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and
contact us at the email address at the top of this Policy with a privacy request or complaint.

Because the current version primarily handles data on your device, many deletion actions can be completed directly in the App. We may verify the identity of a requester and may deny or limit a request to the extent permitted or required by law.

8. Children’s Privacy

Tideo is not directed specifically to children. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information as defined by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us at the email address above and we will take appropriate steps as required by law.

9. International Handling

The current version’s primary App-data processing occurs on your device. However, third-party websites, search engines, media sources, or Apple that you access may handle information outside your country or region. Those activities are governed by the relevant third party’s policy and applicable law.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in features, law, or operations. The updated version will be posted on this page or in the App and will apply from its new effective date. If a change materially affects your rights or how information is handled, we will provide appropriate notice to the extent required by law.

Tideo Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and Scope

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between [Legal name of operator] (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and the individual or entity using Tideo (“you”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Tideo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and the Tideo Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Tideo.

Tideo provides web browsing, media playback, content downloading, offline saving, on-device file management, and private-folder protection. These Terms apply to the Tideo App and related features that we provide directly. Third-party websites, search engines, media sources, Apple, and other third-party services may have their own terms, which also apply to your use of those services.

2. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and must comply with the laws of your country or region. If you have not reached the age of majority where you live, use Tideo only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You may not use Tideo where its use is prohibited by law or in a way that violates the law.

3. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, personal license to use Tideo’s features on a compatible device that you own or control. Except as expressly permitted by applicable law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, rent, sell, transfer, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract Tideo’s source code or internal implementation.

4. Content, Downloads, and Copyright Responsibility

Tideo may help you access, resolve, play, download, or convert content provided by third parties, but Tideo does not grant you ownership of, or permission to download or reuse, that content. You may handle only content that you are authorized to access, copy, save, or use, and you must comply with copyright, trademark, privacy, data-protection, platform, and source-service terms.

You are solely responsible for content that you access, download, save, convert, share, or use through Tideo. You must not use the downloading features to make unauthorized copies of copyrighted works, obtain paid content without authorization, or bypass digital-rights management (DRM), access controls, or other technical protection measures.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Except as expressly permitted by law or agreed by us in writing, you may not:

violate any law, third-party terms, intellectual-property right, privacy right, or other right;
use Tideo to download, distribute, or store malware, fraudulent content, abusive content, or other unlawful content;
bypass authentication, paywalls, DRM, rate limits, or security measures, or attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data;
send bulk requests, scrape, interfere with, overload, or abuse a third-party website or network by automated means;
compromise Tideo’s security, stability, or normal operation, or use Tideo for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or high-risk purposes; or
remove or obscure copyright, trademark, license, or other rights notices, or use Tideo or its components to develop a competing product, except to the extent permitted by law.

6. Third-Party Content and Services

Third-party content and services are the responsibility of their respective operators. We do not control and do not guarantee the accuracy, legality, availability, completeness, quality, or security of third-party content, and we do not guarantee that a third-party website will continue to support Tideo. Third parties may change interfaces, restrict access, require sign-in, remove content, or stop a service at any time. Transactions, accounts, data, and disputes between you and a third party are solely between you and that third party.

7. Local Files and Private Vault

Downloaded files, offline pages, bookmarks, browsing history, and Private Vault content are primarily stored on your device. The Private Vault provides on-device encryption and optional biometric protection, but it is not a guarantee of professional-grade secure storage, backup, or data recovery. You are responsible for device security, password management, and backups. Forgetting a password, device damage, loss, reset, system failure, or uninstalling the App may permanently prevent recovery of files.

8. Availability and Changes

We work to maintain Tideo, but we do not guarantee that the App or any feature will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, or suitable for your particular needs. We may update, restrict, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the features for security, legal, technical, operational, or third-party-service reasons, and we may require you to install an updated version.

9. Paid Features and Subscriptions

As of the effective date of these Terms, the membership page in the current version of Tideo displays plans for demonstration only; real purchases and subscriptions are not enabled. If we later offer paid features or auto-renewing services, we will present the price, billing period, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms before purchase and may require additional terms. Purchases through the Apple App Store are also subject to Apple’s rules and applicable law concerning payment, billing, cancellation, and refunds.

10. Intellectual Property

Tideo, the App’s name, logos, software, design, text, graphics, and materials other than third-party content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable law. These Terms grant a license to use Tideo; they do not transfer any intellectual-property rights. Third-party names, trademarks, content, and components belong to their respective owners.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tideo and its features are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, continuous availability, security, freedom from viruses, and any warranty of a particular result. You use Tideo, third-party services, and downloaded content at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, privacy, data, or files, arising from third-party websites or content, network or device failure, App unavailability, unauthorized content use, lost passwords, or your breach of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or affects consumer rights that you cannot waive under applicable law.

13. Your Indemnification Obligation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, if a third party makes a claim or a loss or expense arises because you breached these Terms, used Tideo unlawfully, infringed a third party’s rights, or handled content through Tideo, you agree to defend and indemnify us and our affiliates, officers, employees, and agents against the resulting reasonable losses and expenses. If applicable law does not allow the full obligation, it applies only to the extent permitted by law.

14. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using and uninstall Tideo at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to relevant features if we reasonably believe that you breached these Terms, created a security or legal risk, or may harm Tideo, users, or a third party. When termination occurs, the license ends immediately. You remain responsible for files stored on your device, and unless required by law, we have no ability or obligation to recover local files.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of [Governing law and jurisdiction]. Any dispute arising from these Terms or Tideo will be submitted to [Dispute-resolution body or court]. This clause does not take away any mandatory consumer-protection or other non-waivable rights that apply in your jurisdiction.

2. 取り扱う情報

2.1 端末上で取り扱う情報

お客様の操作および設定に応じて、Tideo は端末上で次の情報を取り扱うことがあります。

閲覧履歴、ウェブページのタイトル、ブックマーク、タブおよびアプリ設定;
お客様がダウンロード、取り込み、保存または変換したファイル、オフラインページ、サムネイルおよび一時キャッシュ;
プライベートフォルダ内のファイル、ファイルのメタデータ、ならびにパスワード検証用の派生認証情報;
お客様が Tideo に対して明示的に選択して提供したファイル、写真その他のコンテンツ。

現行バージョンでは、上記のデータは通常お客様の端末に保存されます。Tideo は現在、アカウント登録を必要とせず、Tideo のサーバー側アカウント、クラウド同期またはクラウドバックアップを提供していません。端末内の閲覧履歴、ブックマークおよびダウンロードファイルが Tideo のサーバーへアップロードされることはありません。将来これらの機能を有効にする場合は、開始前に本ポリシーを更新します。

2.2 閲覧およびダウンロードに伴うネットワーク情報

現行バージョンでは、Tideo 独自の分析、パーソナライズド広告または広告トラッキングサービスは有効化されていません。Tideo が Face ID、Touch ID その他の生体情報の原データを受け取ることはなく、アプリが受け取るのは認証の成功または失敗の結果のみです。

3. 利用目的

当社は、情報を次の目的で取り扱います。

4. 情報の共有および第三者

当社は、お客様の個人情報を販売または貸し出しません。また、パーソナライズド広告のために情報を共有しません。情報は、次の場合に取り扱われ、または開示されることがあります。

お客様が開始したリクエストを実行するため、お客様がアクセスした第三者のウェブサイト、検索エンジンまたはメディア提供元;
システム機能、アプリの配信、将来有効になる可能性のあるアプリ内購入、またはサービス規則の履行のための Apple、iOS および関連サービス;

5. 保存期間および削除

端末内のデータは通常、お客様が削除するまで、設定を変更するまで、Tideo をアンインストールするまで、またはシステムが関連キャッシュを削除するまで保存されます。Tideo では、閲覧履歴の消去、ブックマークの削除、ダウンロードおよびオフラインコンテンツの削除、プライベートフォルダ内のファイルの削除を行えます。閲覧履歴は、手動で保持する、アプリの終了・離脱時に消去する、または約 7 日もしくは 30 日後に消去する設定を選択できます。また、保存される履歴件数には上限があります。

プライベートフォルダのファイルおよびメタデータは、お客様が削除または復元するまで保持されます。パスワードを忘れた場合、ファイルにアクセスできなくなる可能性があります。Tideo は現在、サーバー側のパスワード復旧またはクラウドバックアップを提供していません。サポート対応に必要な通信情報は、合理的に必要な期間または法令で求められる期間のみ保持します。

6. セキュリティ対策

Tideo は、プライベートフォルダの認証情報を iOS Keychain に保存し、端末内の暗号化によりプライベートファイルおよびメタデータを保護します。Face ID または Touch ID によるロック解除を選択することもできます。当社は合理的な技術的・組織的対策を講じますが、端末、ネットワークまたは保存システムの安全性を完全に保証することはできません。端末、パスワードおよびバックアップを適切に管理し、信頼できる提供元からのみコンテンツにアクセスしてください。

7. お客様の選択およびプライバシー上の権利

お客様は、次のことを行えます。

アプリ内で閲覧履歴、ブックマーク、ダウンロード、オフラインページおよびプライベートファイルを確認、削除または消去すること;
端末設定で、権限、Cookie、ウェブサイトデータおよびシステムレベルのプライバシー設定を管理すること;
適用法令に従い、個人情報へのアクセス、訂正、削除、処理の制限、処理への異議申立てまたはコピーの取得を請求すること、ならびに同意に基づく処理について同意を撤回すること;
本ポリシー冒頭のメールアドレスへ連絡し、プライバシーに関する請求または苦情を申し立てること。

現行バージョンでは主に端末上でデータを処理しているため、多くの削除操作はアプリ内で直接実行できます。当社は請求者の本人確認を求める場合があり、法令が認めるまたは要求する範囲で請求を拒否または制限することがあります。

8. お子様のプライバシー

Tideo は、特にお子様を対象としたアプリではありません。当社は、適用法令上のお子様の個人情報を故意に収集しません。お子様が当社に個人情報を提供したと思われる場合は、連絡先メールアドレスまでお知らせください。当社は法令に従い適切な措置を講じます。

9. 国外での取り扱い

現行バージョンの主要なアプリデータ処理は、お客様の端末上で行われます。ただし、お客様がアクセスする第三者のウェブサイト、検索エンジン、メディア提供元または Apple は、お客様の所在国・地域以外で情報を取り扱う場合があります。これらの取り扱いには、各第三者のポリシーおよび適用法令が適用されます。

10. 本ポリシーの変更

当社は、機能、法令または運営上の変更に応じて本ポリシーを更新することがあります。更新版は本ページまたはアプリ内で公開し、新しい発効日から適用します。変更がお客様の権利または情報の取り扱いに重大な影響を与える場合、法令で求められる範囲で適切に通知します。

Tideo 利用規約

1. 条項への同意および適用範囲

Tideo は、ウェブ閲覧、メディア再生、コンテンツのダウンロード、オフライン保存、端末内のファイル管理およびプライベートフォルダの保護を行うアプリです。本規約は Tideo アプリおよび当社が直接提供する関連機能に適用されます。第三者のウェブサイト、検索エンジン、メディア提供元、Apple その他の第三者サービスには独自の規約があり、お客様はそれらの規則にも従う必要があります。

2. 利用資格

お客様は、法的拘束力のある契約を締結する能力を有し、所在国・地域の法令を遵守しなければなりません。居住地の法律上の成年年齢に達していない場合は、親または法定代理人の同意および監督の下で Tideo を利用してください。法令により利用が禁止される地域、または違法な方法で Tideo を利用してはなりません。

3. 利用許諾

お客様が本規約を遵守することを条件として、当社は、お客様が所有または管理する互換性のある端末で Tideo の機能を利用するための、限定的、非独占的、譲渡不可、再許諾不可かつ取消可能な個人的ライセンスを付与します。適用法令が明示的に認める場合を除き、お客様は Tideo の複製、改変、頒布、貸与、販売、譲渡、リバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイルまたはソースコード・内部実装の抽出を行ってはなりません。

4. コンテンツ、ダウンロードおよび著作権上の責任

Tideo は第三者が提供するコンテンツへのアクセス、解析、再生、ダウンロードまたは変換を補助することがありますが、これにより当該コンテンツの所有権、ダウンロード権または再利用権が付与されるものではありません。お客様は、アクセス、複製、保存または利用する権利を有するコンテンツのみを取り扱い、著作権、商標、プライバシー、データ保護、プラットフォーム規則および提供元の利用規約を遵守しなければなりません。

お客様は、Tideo を通じてアクセス、ダウンロード、保存、変換、共有または利用するコンテンツについて全責任を負います。ダウンロード機能を、著作権で保護された作品の無許可複製、有料コンテンツの取得、デジタル著作権管理（DRM）、アクセス制御その他の技術的保護措置の回避に利用してはなりません。

5. 禁止行為

法令で明示的に認められる場合または当社が書面で同意した場合を除き、お客様は次の行為をしてはなりません。

法令、第三者サービスの規約、他人の知的財産権、プライバシー権その他の権利に違反すること;
Tideo を使用して、マルウェア、詐欺的コンテンツ、侵害的コンテンツその他の違法なコンテンツをダウンロード、配布または保存すること;
認証、ペイウォール、DRM、レート制限またはセキュリティ対策を回避し、またはシステム、アカウントもしくはデータへ無権限でアクセスしようとすること;
自動化された方法で第三者のウェブサイトまたはネットワークに大量の要求を送り、スクレイピングし、妨害し、過負荷をかけ、または濫用すること;
Tideo の安全性、安定性または正常な動作を損ない、違法、詐欺的、他人を害する、または高リスクな用途に利用すること;
著作権、商標、ライセンスその他の権利表示を削除・隠匿し、または Tideo およびそのコンポーネントを競合製品の開発に利用すること（法令で認められる場合を除く）。

6. 第三者のコンテンツおよびサービス

第三者のコンテンツおよびサービスは、それぞれの運営者が責任を負います。当社は、第三者のコンテンツの正確性、適法性、利用可能性、完全性、品質または安全性を管理せず、第三者のウェブサイトが Tideo を継続的にサポートすることも保証しません。第三者は、インターフェースの変更、アクセス制限、ログイン要求、コンテンツの削除またはサービス停止をいつでも行うことがあります。お客様と第三者との間の取引、アカウント、データおよび紛争は、お客様と第三者の間で解決してください。

7. 端末内ファイルおよびプライベートフォルダ

ダウンロードファイル、オフラインページ、ブックマーク、閲覧履歴およびプライベートフォルダは主にお客様の端末に保存されます。プライベートフォルダは端末内の暗号化および任意の生体認証保護を提供しますが、完全に安全な専門ストレージ、バックアップまたはデータ復旧サービスを保証するものではありません。端末の安全、パスワードの管理およびバックアップはお客様の責任です。パスワードの紛失、端末の破損・紛失・初期化、システム障害またはアプリのアンインストールにより、ファイルが永久に復元できなくなる場合があります。

8. サービスの可用性および変更

当社は Tideo の維持に努めますが、アプリまたは各機能が常に利用可能であること、中断やエラーがないこと、すべての端末と互換性があること、またはお客様の特定の要望を満たすことを保証しません。当社は、安全、法令、技術、運営または第三者サービスの変更に応じて、機能の全部または一部を更新、制限、一時停止または終了することがあり、更新版のインストールを求める場合があります。

9. 有料機能およびサブスクリプション

本規約の発効日時点で、Tideo の現行バージョンにある会員ページはプランの表示のみを目的としており、実際の購入またはサブスクリプションは有効化されていません。将来、有料機能または自動更新サービスを提供する場合、購入前に料金、請求周期、更新、解約および返金の条件を表示し、追加規約への同意を求めることがあります。Apple App Store を通じて購入する場合、支払い、請求、解約および返金には Apple の規則および適用法令も適用されます。

10. 知的財産権

Tideo、本アプリの名称、ロゴ、ソフトウェア、デザイン、文章、グラフィックその他第三者コンテンツを除く素材は、当社または当社のライセンサーに帰属し、適用法令により保護されています。本規約は利用許諾のみを付与し、知的財産権を譲渡するものではありません。第三者の名称、商標、コンテンツおよびコンポーネントは、それぞれの権利者に帰属します。

11. 免責事項

適用法令で認められる最大限の範囲で、Tideo およびその機能は「現状有姿」かつ「利用可能な状態」で提供されます。当社は、商品性、特定目的への適合性、権利非侵害、正確性、継続的な利用可能性、安全性、ウイルスがないこと、または特定の結果を得られることを含む、明示または黙示のいかなる保証も行いません。Tideo、第三者サービスおよびダウンロードしたコンテンツの利用は、お客様自身の責任で行うものとします。

12. 責任の制限

適用法令で認められる範囲で、当社は、第三者のウェブサイトまたはコンテンツ、ネットワークまたは端末の障害、アプリの利用不能、無許可のコンテンツ利用、パスワードの紛失、またはお客様による本規約違反に起因する間接損害、付随的損害、特別損害、懲罰的損害もしくは結果的損害、または利益、収益、信用、プライバシー、データもしくはファイルの損失について責任を負いません。本規約は、法令により排除または制限できない責任を排除・制限するものではなく、お客様が法令上有する消費者としての権利にも影響しません。

13. お客様による補償

適用法令で認められる範囲で、お客様が本規約に違反したこと、Tideo を違法に利用したこと、第三者の権利を侵害したこと、または Tideo を通じて取り扱ったコンテンツに起因して第三者が当社に請求を行い、損失または費用が生じた場合、お客様は、当社および関係会社、役員、従業員、代理人を防御し、合理的な損失および費用を補償することに同意します。適用法令が補償義務の全部を認めない場合は、法令が認める範囲に限り適用されます。

14. 一時停止および終了

お客様はいつでも Tideo の利用を停止し、アンインストールできます。当社は、お客様が本規約に違反した、セキュリティ上または法令上のリスクがある、または Tideo、ユーザーもしくは第三者に損害を与える可能性があると合理的に判断した場合、関連機能へのアクセスを一時停止または終了できます。終了後、利用許諾は直ちに終了します。端末に保存されたファイルの管理はお客様の責任であり、法令上別段の定めがない限り、当社は端末内ファイルを復元する能力も義務も負いません。

15. 準拠法および紛争解決

Tideo 隐私政策

1. 适用范围

本隐私政策适用于 Tideo iOS 应用及其相关功能（以下简称“本应用”或“Tideo”）。Tideo 是一款用于网页浏览、媒体播放、内容下载、离线保存、本地文件管理及私密文件夹保护的应用。本政策说明我们如何处理与本应用有关的信息。

本政策不适用于第三方网站、搜索引擎、媒体来源、Apple 或其他由第三方运营的服务。你访问这些服务时，应同时查看其各自的隐私政策和服务条款。

2. 我们处理的信息

2.1 在设备本地处理的信息

根据你的操作和设置，Tideo 可能在你的设备上处理：

浏览历史、网页标题、书签、标签页及应用设置；
你下载、导入、保存或转换的文件，以及离线网页、缩略图和临时缓存；
私密文件夹中的文件、文件元数据，以及用于验证密码的派生凭据；
你主动选择提供给 Tideo 的文件、照片或其他内容。

当前版本通常将上述数据保存在设备本地。Tideo 当前不要求你注册账号，也不提供已启用的 Tideo 服务器端账号、云端同步或云端备份功能；本地浏览历史、书签和下载文件不会被上传到 Tideo 服务器。未来如启用相关功能，我们会在上线前更新本政策。

2.2 浏览和下载产生的网络信息

当你访问网页、使用搜索、打开媒体资源或下载内容时，相关 URL、网络请求和内容会被发送给你所访问的第三方网站、搜索引擎或内容来源。Tideo 可能在设备上处理这些 URL 和内容，以完成浏览、解析、播放、下载或格式转换。第三方服务可能按照自己的政策收集 IP 地址、设备信息、Cookie、账号信息和访问记录；这些处理不由 Tideo 控制。

2.3 你主动提交给我们的信息

如果你通过邮箱或其他方式联系我们，我们会处理你主动提交的联系方式、问题描述、附件和通信内容，仅用于回复、支持、处理投诉或改进服务。

当前版本未启用独立的 Tideo 分析、个性化广告或广告跟踪服务。Tideo 不会接收 Face ID、Touch ID 或其他生物特征的原始数据；系统只向应用返回验证是否成功的结果。

3. 使用目的

我们处理信息的目的包括：

提供网页浏览、播放、下载、离线保存、本地文件管理和私密文件夹功能；
保存并应用你的设置、书签、浏览历史和文件操作结果；
通过设备系统提供密码、生物识别和文件保护功能；
回应你的咨询、反馈、投诉和安全问题；
遵守法律义务、执行本政策和服务条款，以及保护用户、第三方和 Tideo 的合法权益。

4. 信息共享和第三方

我们不会出售或出租你的个人信息，也不会为了个性化广告而共享你的信息。信息可能在下列情形中被处理或披露：

你主动访问的第三方网站、搜索引擎或媒体来源，为完成你发起的请求；
Apple、iOS 及其相关服务，为提供系统功能、应用分发、应用内购买（如未来启用）或履行其服务规则；
受我们委托且仅为提供支持、托管或安全服务所必需的服务提供商（如未来使用）；
法律、法院命令、监管要求，或为防止欺诈、滥用、侵害人身或财产安全所必需的情形；
企业合并、收购、重组或资产转让，但接收方须按照本政策或具有同等保护程度的政策处理相关信息。

5. 保存期限和删除

本地数据通常会保留到你主动删除、改变设置、卸载 Tideo，或系统清理相关缓存为止。你可以在 Tideo 中清除浏览历史、删除书签、删除下载和离线内容，并删除私密文件夹中的文件。浏览历史可按应用提供的选项手动保留、在退出/离开应用时清理，或在约 7 天、30 天后清理；应用也会限制保留的历史记录数量。

私密文件夹中的文件和元数据会保留到你删除或恢复文件。忘记私密文件夹密码可能导致无法访问其中的文件；Tideo 当前没有服务器端密码恢复或云端备份机制。为处理支持请求所需的通信信息，只会在合理必要的期限内保留，或在法律要求的期限内保留。

6. 安全措施

Tideo 使用 iOS Keychain 保存私密文件夹的凭据，并使用设备本地加密保护私密文件及其元数据；你还可以选择使用 Face ID 或 Touch ID 解锁。我们会采取合理的技术和组织措施保护信息，但任何设备、网络或存储系统都不能保证绝对安全。请妥善保护设备、密码和备份，并仅从可信来源访问内容。

7. 你的选择和隐私权利

你可以：

在应用内查看、删除或清理浏览历史、书签、下载文件、离线网页和私密文件；
通过设备设置管理权限、Cookie、网站数据和系统级隐私选项；
根据适用法律请求访问、更正、删除、限制处理、反对处理或获取个人信息副本，并在基于同意处理时撤回同意；
通过本政策顶部的邮箱联系我们，提出隐私请求或投诉。

由于当前版本主要在设备本地处理数据，许多删除操作可以直接在应用内完成。我们可能需要验证请求人的身份，并可能在法律允许或要求的范围内拒绝或限制请求。

8. 儿童隐私

Tideo 并非专门面向儿童设计。我们不会明知地收集适用法律所定义的儿童个人信息。如果你认为儿童向我们提交了个人信息，请通过联系邮箱通知我们，我们会在法律要求的范围内采取适当措施。

9. 跨境处理

当前版本的主要应用数据处理发生在你的设备上。不过，你访问的第三方网站、搜索引擎、媒体来源或 Apple 可能在你所在国家/地区以外处理信息。此类处理受相关第三方的政策和适用法律约束。

10. 政策变更

Tideo 服务条款（服务政策）

1. 接受条款和适用范围

2. 使用资格

你必须具备订立具有法律约束力协议的能力，并遵守你所在国家/地区的法律。如果你未达到所在地法律规定的成年年龄，应在父母或法定监护人同意并监督下使用 Tideo。你不得在法律禁止使用本服务的地区或以违反法律的方式使用 Tideo。

3. 使用许可

在你遵守本条款的前提下，我们授予你一项有限的、非独占的、不可转让的、不可再许可的、可撤销的个人许可，仅用于在你拥有或控制的兼容设备上使用 Tideo 的功能。除适用法律明确允许外，你不得复制、修改、分发、出租、出售、转让、反向工程、反编译或试图提取 Tideo 的源代码或内部实现。

4. 内容、下载和版权责任

Tideo 可能帮助你访问、解析、播放、下载或转换第三方提供的内容，但 Tideo 不因此授予你该内容的所有权、下载权或再利用权。你只能处理你有权访问、复制、保存或使用的内容，并必须遵守版权、商标、隐私、数据保护、平台规则和内容来源的服务条款。

你对通过 Tideo 访问、下载、保存、转换、分享或使用的内容承担全部责任。下载功能不应被用于未经授权地复制受版权保护的作品、获取付费内容、绕过数字版权管理（DRM）、访问控制或其他技术保护措施。

5. 禁止行为

除法律明确允许或我们书面同意外，你不得：

违反法律、第三方服务条款或他人的知识产权、隐私权及其他权利；
使用 Tideo 下载、传播或保存恶意软件、诈骗内容、侵害性内容或其他违法内容；
绕过认证、付费墙、DRM、速率限制或安全措施，或尝试未经授权访问系统、账户或数据；
以自动化方式大量请求、抓取、干扰、压垮或滥用第三方网站或网络；
破坏 Tideo 的安全性、稳定性或正常运行，或将 Tideo 用于违法、欺诈、侵害他人或高风险用途；
删除或遮挡版权、商标、许可或其他权利声明，或将 Tideo 及其组件用于开发竞争性产品（法律允许的情形除外）。

6. 第三方内容和服务

第三方内容和服务由其各自的运营方负责。我们不控制第三方内容的准确性、合法性、可用性、完整性、质量或安全性，也不保证第三方网站持续支持 Tideo。第三方可能随时更改接口、限制访问、要求登录、删除内容或停止服务。你与第三方之间的交易、账号、数据和争议由你与第三方自行处理。

7. 本地文件和私密文件夹

下载文件、离线网页、书签、浏览记录和私密文件夹主要保存在你的设备上。私密文件夹提供本地加密和可选的生物识别保护，但不是保证绝对安全的专业存储、备份或数据恢复服务。你负责设备安全、密码保管和备份；忘记密码、设备损坏、丢失、重置、系统故障或卸载应用可能导致文件永久无法恢复。

8. 服务可用性和变更

我们会努力维护 Tideo，但不保证应用或任何功能始终可用、不中断、无错误、兼容所有设备，或满足你的特定需求。我们可以因安全、法律、技术、运营或第三方服务变化而更新、限制、暂停或停止全部或部分功能，并可能要求你安装更新版本。

9. 付费功能和订阅

截至本条款生效日，Tideo 当前版本中的会员页面仅用于展示方案，尚未启用真实购买或订阅。如果未来提供付费功能或自动续订服务，我们会在购买前展示价格、计费周期、续订、取消和退款规则，并可能要求你接受补充条款。通过 Apple App Store 购买时，付款、账单、取消和退款还受 Apple 及适用法律的规则约束。

10. 知识产权

Tideo、本应用的名称、标识、软件、设计、文字、图形以及除第三方内容外的其他材料，归我们或我们的许可方所有，并受适用法律保护。本条款只授予你使用许可，不转让任何知识产权。第三方名称、商标、内容和组件归其各自权利人所有。

11. 免责声明

在适用法律允许的最大范围内，Tideo 及其功能按“现状”和“可用状态”提供。我们不作任何明示或默示保证，包括适销性、特定用途适用性、不侵权、准确性、连续可用性、安全性、无病毒或满足特定结果的保证。你使用 Tideo、第三方服务和下载内容的风险由你自行承担。

12. 责任限制

在适用法律允许的范围内，我们不对因以下事项产生的间接、附带、特殊、惩罚性或后果性损失，或利润、收入、商誉、隐私、数据及文件损失承担责任：第三方网站或内容、网络或设备故障、应用不可用、未经授权的内容使用、密码遗失，或你违反本条款的行为。本条款不排除或限制法律不得排除或限制的责任，也不影响你依法享有的消费者权利。

13. 你的赔偿责任

在适用法律允许的范围内，如果因你违反本条款、违法使用 Tideo、侵犯第三方权利，或通过 Tideo 处理的内容而导致第三方对我们提出索赔、损失或费用，你同意为我们及相关关联方、管理人员、员工和代理人进行抗辩并承担合理损失和费用。若适用法律不允许全部赔偿义务，则仅在法律允许的范围内适用。

14. 暂停和终止

你可以随时停止使用并卸载 Tideo。若我们合理认为你违反本条款、存在安全风险、违法风险或可能损害 Tideo、用户或第三方，我们可以暂停或终止你对相关功能的访问。终止后，使用许可立即结束；已保存于设备上的文件仍由你负责管理，除法律另有要求外，我们没有能力也没有义务恢复本地文件。

15. 适用法律和争议解决
